This hot sauce claims to be good for everything. Is it?

Preface: I LIKE hot. Spicy, flavorful, and hot. I dont like stupid hot, like the challenge type sauces.

So.... I got a bottle of "Oh, Lordee" "Devil's Ectasy" hot sauce and a jar of the "Have Mercy" "everything sauce", and sat my butt down with a bunch of things to see how an "everything sauce" might do. I really appreciate the care taken in packaging, they make sure your goodies don't break in transit. The quality and care in the product appearance shows. This stuff is clearly made with love, and a passion for perfection.

These are the hottest current offerings they have right now, and I gotta say if you're looking for straight fire, these sauces aren't gonna do that. BUT... if you're a hot sauce fiend looking for an AWESOME replacement where you or your friends wanna use ketchup, BBQ sauce, Teriyaki, steak sauce, this is the stuff for them AND you.

It's kinda sweet at first, I'm not gonna lie. But it HOOKS you. It's addictive! Good hot sauce makes you not wanna stop eating it. This one definitely does that.

I tried both on chicken nuggets, Pork chops, Burgers, steaks, hot dogs, ramen, tater tots, French fries, Jack in the Box or Taco Bell tacos... egg rolls (OMG!) , potstickers, veggies, stir-fry, meatloaf, you name it!

This sauce isn't the hottest you ever had. This sauce is the Swiss Army Knife of Hot Sauces, where you NEED this if you could only have ONE hot sauce.

This is also an AWESOME sauce to bring up those folks we all know that aren't up to "our level" of heat tolerance. It's NOT all about the heat! This sauce does bring the heat though, but it's not the dominant flavor.

So, is it an "everything" sauce? I think it comes pretty darn close.

I brought bottles and jars to work, to let my co-workers try, and so far, everyone loves it. It's a little too hot for some of them!

The jar of "Have Mercy" is kinda similar in flavor, bringing a bit less heat and a great dipping sauce for anything you'd dip.

Try their stuff, you'll really be glad you did!
